**Job Title: Executive/Sr Executive**
**Experience : 1 -3 years**

**Job Location: Chennai**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Pre-sales for SAP and allied services for implementation, up-gradation, migration, and support.
- Own and drive opportunities as a bid manager for SAP opportunities
- Define and implement a structured way of handling opportunities, RFP, RFI responses
- Define and implement a structured way of handling - client meetings/ solution pitch/ presentation / demo and clarifications.
- Take a lead role in opportunity assessment, understanding requirements, qualification, developing response strategy, proposal development, review and feedback process, competitive positioning, cost working, and commercial discussions.
- Define solution architecture, project plans, and other deliverables with support from the SME
- Should define a financial architecture for the deal with multiple components and cash flow analysis and have good knowledge in costing and pricing in excel
- Orchestrate with internal/external SAP Practice Team in aligning the right team to develop the solution, estimates, schedules, technical responses, etc. to complete the proposal.
- Should present the submission to the board for approval
- Should follow and comply with Kaar processes for Sales
- Prepare contract with support from legal SME
- Close the opportunity by orchestrating sales handover
- Perform win/loss analysis and document lessons learned
- Prepare value-based solution presentations to support sales cycles and participate in customer presentations.
- Provide periodic reports on opportunity pipeline, probable closures for planning and tracking business growth.
- Anchoring client visits from the stage of planning, identifying key participants, storyboard for the meeting, reviewing content,
- Planning and orchestrating demos/ team discussions and front-ending the discussion.
- Work closely with SAP Presales team for Licenses and Solutions.
- Orchestrating proposal defense preparations and delivery
- Flexible to travel to customer site for meetings if needed, must hold a valid passport
- Must be flexible in working hours to meet the proposal deadlines
- Must be willing to take certifications in SAP
- Continuous update and learning on the OEM offering

**Salary**: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
