Finance Executive

**About the role**

We are looking for an autonomous and trustworthy resource responsible for supporting finance operations. The Finance Executive will be involved in the full range of finance operations and accounting activities. The role involves high levels of trust and confidentiality as this resource will maintain the financial hygiene for all the assets and transactions of the Company. The individual is expected to have good knowledge of accounting and taxation.

**Key responsibilities**

Preparing bank reconciliations
Assisting with statutory filings and returns, reconciliations such as PF, TDS, GST, etc.
Preparing cost analysis (budget vs. actual), cash flow/receipts and payments for projects
Accounting of sale transactions
Managing vendors and their payment records
Book keeping for the company assets
Handling accounts payable/receivable reconciliation
Monthly salary processing
Preparing relevant reports as per the requirements

**Key Attributes**

CA (intermediate level) or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance or related field
Prior experience in Tally, GST, TDS, etc.
Extremely trustworthy and capable of maintaining high levels of confidentiality
Highly motivated and able to take ownership to deliver results
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Demonstrated ability to communicate credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
