Company The Sanctuary Bar Kicthen Department Finance and Accounts Reports to Finance Manager Accounts Manager Location Vagator Goa Employment Type Full-time Salary 24K-26K Service Charge Based on interview Accommodation Will provided if required Key Responsibilities 1 Accounts Payable and Receivable - Process and manage invoices ensuring timely payments - Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients or vendors - Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers ensuring accuracy 2 Bookkeeping and Data Entry - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Post journal entries into the accounting system - Record daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies 3 Financial Reporting - Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts - Assist in preparing reports for management review providing accurate financial data 4 Bank Reconciliation - Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure the accuracy of financial records 5 Tax and Compliance - Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax laws - Prepare and file VAT GST returns if applicable 6 Month-End and Year-End Closing - Support the preparation of financial audits and liaise with auditors 7 Support - Provide support in financial analysis and decision-making processes - Coordinate with other departments for budget-related queries or financial information - Assist the Finance Manager in ad-hoc accounting and financial tasks as required Qualifications Details 1 Education - Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field - Relevant accounting certifications are a plus 2 Experience - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role preferably in a similar industry 3 Skills and Competencies - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in accounting software e g QuickBooks Tally SAP or similar - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel e g pivot tables VLOOKUP - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4 Personal Attributes - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines - High level of integrity and confidentiality Additional Requirements Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance regulations Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting processes Ability to adapt to changing financial systems or tools Interested Candidate share resume s through Whatsapp HR Contact No 8712178419 Job Type Full-time Pay 24 000 00 - 26 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Experience total work 3 years Preferred Language English Hindi Konkani Required Work Location In person
