**Store Opening Procedures.**

Ø Arrive before 5-10 mint time at store opening, in proper uniform.

Ø Check all equipment for proper functioning and cleanliness.

Ø Review the daily preparation list and prioritize tasks.

Ø Food making with Standard Operating Process.

Ø Follow food order making via KOT.

Ø Inventory control and Management.

Ø Ordering of Ingredients and proper utilization.

**Cooking and Assembly.**

Ø Handle Pressure of Multiple Orders at a time.

Ø Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Ø Communicate with service staff regarding order status and any potential delays.

**Closing Procedure.**

Ø Clean all kitchen equipment and surfaces.(Grills, Fryers, Microwave ovens, Cutting boards & knives, Deck ovens, etc)

Ø Dispose of waste according to company guidelines.

Ø Turn off all equipment and the secure kitchen area.

Ø Report any shortages kindly send report on the WhatsApp Group.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
