**Position: Academic Counselor**

**Location**: Noida
**Work Days**: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months (EdTech or counseling/sales preferred)
**Qualification**: Graduation (mandatory)
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Understand the student’s educational background, career goals, and learning needs.
- Provide detailed information about UG/PG courses, curriculum, career prospects, and admission processes.
- **Sales & Conversion**:

- Counsel and guide leads through the entire sales funnel - from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain a high conversion rate through effective communication and persuasive skills.
- **CRM and Data Management**:

- Update and maintain lead data in the CRM system.
- Track lead engagement and document all counseling conversations and outcomes.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on all UG/PG courses offered, admission criteria, course structure, and value propositions.
- Understand competitor offerings and be able to highlight the unique value of the institution’s programs.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Provide daily/weekly reports on leads, calls, conversions, and pipeline progress.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for student feedback, queries, and follow-ups.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Build strong rapport with students to ensure a high-quality experience throughout the counseling process.
- Act as a trusted advisor and maintain long-term relationships with enrolled students for future referrals and upselling opportunities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
