**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Alignment**: Design and implement lesson plans aligned with the CBSE or ICSE curriculum standards for 2nd grade English.
- **Language Proficiency**: Assist the student in developing proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in English.
- **Vocabulary Building**: Introduce new vocabulary words and phrases relevant to the student's grade level and academic requirements.
- **Grammar and Syntax**: Teach grammar rules, sentence structure, and punctuation in a clear and comprehensible manner.
- **Reading Comprehension**: Improve the student's reading comprehension skills by selecting age-appropriate texts and conducting comprehension exercises.
- **Writing Skills**: Foster the student's writing skills through guided writing activities, including creative writing, essays, and letter writing.
- **Communication**: Maintain regular communication with the student's parents to provide progress updates and discuss areas for improvement.
- **Individualized Instruction**: Identify the student's strengths and weaknesses in English language learning and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- **Homework Assistance**: Assist the student with homework assignments, projects, and exam preparation in English.
- **Engagement and Motivation**: Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment that motivates the student to actively participate and excel in English.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.

Previous experience teaching English to elementary-level students, preferably in a CBSE or ICSE school setting.

Strong understanding of the CBSE or ICSE curriculum standards for English language learning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with young learners.

Creativity and resourcefulness in designing engaging and effective teaching materials and activities.

Punctuality and reliability in meeting scheduled tutoring sessions.

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate the individual learning styles and needs of the student.

Schedule and Compensation:
The tutoring sessions will be conducted at the student's home in Sea Woods Navi Mumbai, with flexible scheduling based on mutual availability.

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From ₹6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 7.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
