**Job description**

Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain printing machines, including offset, digital, and screen printers, to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Set up printing machines by adjusting settings, loading paper, and ensuring proper ink levels.
- Monitor printing processes to ensure quality standards are met and make adjustments as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process, such as paper jams or ink smudges.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure artwork and designs are properly formatted for printing.
- Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before packaging and shipping.
- Maintain accurate records of printing jobs, including quantities produced, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a printing department, operating various printing machines.
- Strong technical knowledge of printing processes and equipment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving printing issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift and move heavy materials, as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
