About the Role

We seek a Production Coordinator to oversee print production activities for direct mail campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end print production processes to meet customer expectations.
  • C Coordinate multiple direct mail campaigns simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Support project coordination, workflow organization, and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide operations support, including data entry, mail services, and quality checks.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, print production, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in print production coordination.
  • Technical skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data entry and workflow management tools
