**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and assemble **modular kitchens**, **wardrobes**, cabinets, and storage units as per design specifications.
- Read and interpret **blueprints, interior layout drawings**, and work orders.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials like **plywood, MDF, HDF, and laminates** using hand and power tools.
- Ensure precise fitting and finishing at client locations.
- Conduct minor **on-site modifications or repairs** as needed.
- Coordinate with **interior designers, site supervisors, and clients** for timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment on-site.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience as a **modular carpenter** or furniture installer.
- Strong knowledge of **furniture hardware**, hinges, channels, and modern fittings.
- Proficient in using **carpentry tools and power equipment**.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with branded modular systems (e.g., Godrej Interio, Sleek, IKEA, etc.)
- Knowledge of **soft-close hardware, modular accessories**, and edge banding tools.
- Basic communication in **English, Kannada, or Hindi**.
