Required Skills and Experience- Should have 10-14 years of overall experience.Setup and Management of Monitoring (Sysdig) and logging (Fluentd/Splunk) solution for Kubernetes clusters.- Helm Charts for deploying Applications on OpenShift Clusters.- GitOps (ArgoCD) to manage Kubernetes/OpenShift Infrastructure as code.- Architect and implement the server mesh design for Applications.- Deep technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends- Collaborate with other teams such as operations and middleware to ensure timely resolution of issues.- Mentor and train other support engineers to improve their technical skills and knowledge of OpenShift- in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical issues- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and best practices.- Contribute to the development of automation tools and scripts to improve support processes-
- Minimum Five years of recent experience managing a medium to large scale container platform including experience with initial rollout, implementation of new patterns and images, automation, scale up/down, reporting on health and recommendations for healthy operations.- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.- Strong experience with OpenShift, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.- Solid understanding of containerization and Kubernetes- Demonstrated ability to engineer/solution CI/CD processes in an enterprise environment, preferably using GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins.- Scripting experience with knowledge of some of the common languages such as Shell, Bash, Python and PowerShell; firm knowledge of the SDLC lifecycle is required, while coding experience with software development languages is preferred.Variety of technologies including BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems and networking- Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration- Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills and Experience-
- Application modernization tools, e.g. CAST- Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes- Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies
