Job Title: Telesales Executive - Field Sales

Location: Chennai

**Salary**: Competitive (75% Fixed, 25% Variable Pay Structure)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in telesales role requiring extensive travel

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telesales Executive who thrives on closing deals over the phone while also meeting clients face-to-face. This role requires a combination of strong communication skills and a willingness to travel extensively to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and convert them into

opportunities.
- Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits as required.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Present and explain products/services to potential clients clearly and convincingly.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects and clients using CRM tools.
- Travel extensively to various locations to meet customers and close deals.
- Provide regular updates and sales reports to the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in telesales or a similar role involving outbound calls and

client interactions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office.
- A positive attitude and ability to handle rejections professionally.
