**Team Leadership**: Supervise and direct construction teams and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and timely project completion
- **Task Management**: Assign tasks, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts to maintain productivity.
- **Site Oversight**: Conduct regular inspections of equipment, materials, and site conditions to ensure compliance with safety standards and project
- **Drawing & BBS Expertise**: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of construction drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation of structural details. Verify that all work aligns with design specifications and BBS requirements for steel reinforcement.
- **Issue Resolution**: Quickly identify and resolve on-site issues, making sound decisions under pressure to minimize delays..
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure accuracy in measurements, documentation, and strict adherence to safety and quality procedures throughout all project phases
- **Resource Management**: Monitor the use of materials and equipment, ensuring efficient utilization and timely procurement
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of site activities and provide regular updates to management and stakeholder.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
