**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Company: Native Ninja Media Services LLP**

**Location: IJMIMA Towers, Mind Space, Malad West Mumbai**

**Salary: INR 20,000 - 35,000 per month**

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to assist in our financial department. The responsibilities of an Accounts Executive include keeping track of daily transactions, participating in payroll processes, and ensuring financial records are accurate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day transactions, including expenses, payroll, and sales revenues.
- Participate in financial audits.
- Track bank deposits and payments.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Review and implement financial policies.
- Ensure transactions are processed in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
- Prepare balance sheets and invoices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Data analysis and financial forecasting.
- Attention to detail and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Ability to work with different departments and teams.

Pay: ₹10,112.44 - ₹30,535.47 per month
