Walking Tree, a luxury jewelry company that encompasses two distinct B2C brands: Unsaid, based in Europe, and Her Story, based in India, is currently seeking a Space Designer to join our team. As a member of the "Visual Merchandising" team, the Space Designer will help execute the company's retail space design strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the luxury Retail & jewelry industry, partnering with the brand teams to deliver digital solutions that drive business change and improve customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative and visually impactful retail space designs that align with the brands' vision, business objectives, and target customer base.
- Create 2D and 3D digital renderings of retail spaces to simulate the designs and provide recommendations to the brands.
- Design cohesive visual merchandising plans that showcase products in an engaging way and drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, marketing, and product teams, to ensure that all design initiatives are aligned with the brands' standards and timelines.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, monitoring progress, and ensuring on-time delivery within the agreed budget.
- Provide guidance and recommendations for store layout, fixture selection, lighting, and other retail store design elements.
- Understand and interpret market trends to continually improve the design of retail spaces and visual merchandising strategies.
- Will be responsible for designing events and exhibitions for all brands within the WT group.
- Working on elements required for outdoor/ indoor installations.
- Can also look into designing of exhibition display units for better presentation of jewels at domestic and international exhibitions.
- Will work on developing Pop up and trunk show setups for brands that have the need.

**Requirements**:

- Master's/ Bachelor's Degree in Space Design, or related field from NIFT/NID or other such premium institutes.
- 3+ years of experience in retail space design.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of store layouts, fixture selection, lighting and other retail store design elements, visual merchandising principles.
- Strong creative and conceptual skills and the ability to bring new ideas and solutions to the table.
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to work independently and on a team.
- Incorporate sustainability elements into the design when possible.
