## **Job Overview**:

## **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain and update purchase order data, supplier details, and material status using **advanced Excel formulas** (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IFERROR, etc.).
- Create and automate **Excel dashboards** that track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), purchasing trends, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
- Develop detailed **charts** and graphs to present purchasing and supplier data visually.
- **Process Automation & Analysis**:

- Use **VBA** and **macros** to automate repetitive tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and update processes, improving reporting efficiency.
- Create custom **Excel macros** for automating complex calculations and tasks.
- **Supplier Coordination**:

- Follow up with suppliers on material delivery schedules, backorders, and pricing discrepancies using Excel tracking systems.
- Generate **automated follow-up reminders** and reports for delayed deliveries or issues using **macros** and **VBA scripts**.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze large data sets and generate actionable insights for procurement and supply chain teams.
- Provide regular reporting on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and material status using **pivot tables**, **conditional formatting**, and **Excel charts**.
## **Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Graduate in any field
- **Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (including advanced formulas, **VBA**, **macros**, **pivot tables**, **charts**, and **dashboards**).
- Experience with **data analysis** and **reporting**.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement, or data analysis role.
- Experience using **Excel VBA** to automate processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
- **Skills**:

- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards, macros, VBA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
