**KRAs**:
- **Business Development**:Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, and other potential collaborators in the PropTech ecosystem.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape. Contribute to developing business strategies that align with Agprop’s growth objectives.
- **Client Engagement**:Engage with potential clients and partners, pitching Agprop’s innovative real estate solutions, and developing customized strategies to meet their needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**:Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities, closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Take a proactive role in generating leads through networking, outreach, and attending industry events.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals. Provide customer insights and feedback to influence product development.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, providing actionable insights for optimization and future strategies.
**Desired Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Experience: 1-2** years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the real estate or PropTech industry/ product selling.
- **Education**:A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or relevant higher qualifications are a plus but not mandatory.
- **Technical Acumen**:Familiarity with data-driven solutions and technology platforms in real estate. A passion for innovation and tech-enabled solutions in business processes.
- **Sales & Negotiation Skills**:Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, leading negotiations, and closing business deals. Strong presentation and communication skills.
- **Analytical Mindset**:Ability to analyze market data and trends, derive actionable insights, and make strategic recommendations for business growth.
- **Problem-Solving**:Creative thinker with the ability to provide data-driven, logical solutions to complex business problems.
- **Team Player**:Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working across teams and departments.
