We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive/Team Lead/Manager to lead our sales and client acquisition efforts in the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in international sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. You should be comfortable calling prospects and clients, identifying opportunities, and driving meaningful conversations that lead to business growth. Experience in IP consulting, legal services, or team management will be a plus. We are seeking someone who is disciplined, self-driven, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals and US market objectives. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential client segments. - Oversee lead generation, qualification, and nurturing activities to maintain a robust sales pipeline. - Conduct high-level client meetings and negotiations; present customized IP and consulting solutions. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to refine campaigns and ensure high-quality client engagement. - Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance productivity and conversion rates. - Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of all sales activities and opportunities. - Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to management. - Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of BD Associates within the team. - Ensure adherence to the company's communication standards and sales ethics during client interactions. - Represent the company at virtual/in-person events and conferences (as required). Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably within IP consulting, legal, or professional services domains. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English. - Proven ability to strategize and execute sales plans targeting the US market. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools. - Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. - Willingness to work during US business hours (Night Shift).
