**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical **MBA intern** to join our team as an **Executive Assistant**. In this role, you will work closely with senior executives, contributing to high-impact projects and strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate strategy, and executive operations while developing a strong foundation for your career.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior executives in planning, developing, and executing strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze data, create dashboards, and generate reports to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Coordinate and oversee cross-functional projects to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, align objectives, and drive key initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership meetings and external engagements.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and recommend solutions to streamline processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing an MBA from a top-tier program.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience preparing and delivering high-quality presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for strategic problem-solving.
