We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **HR Executive** (MBA HR fresher) to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing office staff, scheduling interviews, maintaining HR documents, and assisting in day-to-day HR operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Staff Management**: Assist in managing and coordinating office staff and daily operations.
- **Document Creation & Management**: Assist in creating HR documents, offer letters, employee contracts, and other HR-related paperwork.
- **Employee Data Management**: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- **Assisting with HR Functions**: Support in various HR functions like recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- **Other HR Tasks**: Support the HR team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.

**Desired Skills**:

- **Qualification**: MBA in HR (Fresher)
- **Fluent in English** (written and verbal communication)
- **Proficient in MS Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- **Good Organizational & Time Management Skills**:

- **Detail-oriented with Strong Documentation Skills**
