**About the team**

Alerting solution in place in terms of IBM Netcool tool and many more. EMEA (BAU) also provide assistance to Incident Commanders in an ongoing MIM call.

BAU team also plays active role for implementing and supporting HVE events for Disney, AliXpress, Managing Data Centre Access Request, Bet365 and likewise. GTSC BAU function is a 24x7 operation & 365 days.

**What you will be doing**:

- Managing a team of 6 members who will be mainly doing L1 monitoring along with some L2 activities.
- This role also needs a close interaction with various platform teams and Incidents management team to raise and handle incidents.

**What you bring**:

- Should have at least 5+ years of experience in Team Management.
- Should have good understanding on process followed in ITIL/ ITSM
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good Understanding of Monitoring tools.
- Good to have
- Understanding of ServiceNow, Control M.
