Position: Trainee/junior Production Supervisor

Position purpose: Production management, Product quality management, Process management

Key competencies requirement (MUST HAVE)
- Must have very good analytical skills, manpower handling, Communication Skills & Strong decision making skills.
- Very good interpersonal skills to establish harmonious relations with other departments within the organization & government authorities.
- Multitasking skills.

Key Accountabilities:

- To run the assigned shift operation Safely by observing and rectifying the unsafe act and unsafe condition.
- Ensure plant/Equipment/Personnel hygiene & Safety, House keeping and Food safety regulations.
- Adhere to daily management routines.
- Adherence to Production planning, schedule and cascading to shop floor.
- Co-ordinate and guide the Operators and contract workers for better plant operation
- Achieving the daily, Monthly Production plan.
- Monitoring the process parameters and its adherence in all 3 shifts.
- Troubleshooting the process to avoid the downtime and to ensure continuous operation of plant.
- To support Manager in RCA and trouble shooting.
- Adhere to online Quality parameters as per specification.
- Co-ordinate with inter-departments to achieve the production plan and required quality on daily basis.
- Co-ordinate with inter-departments like Maintenance, Instrumentation, Electrical and Cogen to resolve/troubleshoot engineering related issues on daily basis.
- Monitor and improve performance of EHS Management system in the department

Experience : 2 to 4 Years preferably from similar industry.

Academics: Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical.
