To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor - E & I within the Manufacturing team This position will be located in Gokak.

Our Team

The manufacturing function ensures that right products with right quality are delivered on time as per plan and within the defined resources. The major challenge is to achieve machine run targets with a focus on safety.

Their mission
- To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of Management of People,
- Management of E&I assets and ensure quality on time services to the plant as and when required.
- Manage, Develop and motivate the reporting staff.
- Monitor, Measure and report on utilities related process performance and general issues
- To ensure good communication is given either verbally or written to all member of staff
- To ensure that Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with.
- Using the resources within the company in line with the Roquette EHS requirement.
- Problem solving and trouble shooting skills are to be used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes with facts and deliver the quality and effective action to resolve the problems during the shift.
- To work closely with other workshop supervisors to ensure that the production, Quality handovers are effective.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and following of LOTO to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
- Maintaining high level of time keeping, being example for others, Strong positive attitude Able to make, interpret and communicate to subordinate electrical and Instrumentation Single line diagrams, P&I Diagrams and process flow diagrams, ISO series standards such as QMS, EMS, OHSA and EnMS.
- Able to plan, Manage, Executive Maintenance management technique such as Preventive, Predictive, Opportunity maintenance with timeline.
- Work within organisational budget.

Educational Requirement: BE / Diploma in Electrical

Experience : 7+ Years

Certification: Must have valid Electrical Supervisory License
