**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our real estate offerings and convince clients to make informed investment decisions.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring profitability for the company.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven track record in sales roles, preferably in investment banking, insurance sales, luxury product sales, automobile sales, or real estate.
- **Passion**: A genuine passion for real estate and a strong desire to succeed in the industry.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
