**Reporting to**: Program Manager / City Coordinator

**Employment Type**: Full-time, Project-Based

**About the Project**:
This program aims to empower adolescent students (Grades 6-10) across government and low-income private schools with essential life skills, functional English, financial literacy, and career guidance. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality in-class training sessions, facilitating assessments, and contributing to holistic student development over a sustained 3-year engagement model.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Deliver offline training sessions across 4 modules:
Life Skills, Functional English, Financial Literacy, and Career Guidance

using interactive and activity-based methodologies.

Manage classroom engagement: foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment that promotes participation and openness.

Implement lesson plans and use digital learning tools as provided.

Track attendance, student progress, and learning needs.

Conduct and support in baseline, midline, and endline assessments (quantitative and qualitative) as per the program framework.

Maintain consistent coordination with school authorities, class teachers, and program team for scheduling and reporting.

Submit weekly reports, session feedback, and contribute to impact documentation (case studies, testimonials, etc.).

Support capacity-building sessions, stakeholder events, and employee engagement activities at the school level.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:
Graduate in any discipline. Preferred: Education, Social Work, English, Psychology.

1-2 years of experience in teaching, training, or facilitation (especially with adolescents or in school settings).

Strong communication and facilitation skills in Hindi and English (local language fluency is an added advantage).

Familiarity with activity-based learning, digital tools, and life skills pedagogy.

Prior experience in government school settings or NGO-led education programs will be preferred.

**Other Requirements**:
Willingness to work from assigned school location and travel locally as needed.

Comfortable using digital platforms for training delivery, assessments, and reporting.

Strong documentation and interpersonal skills.

**Remuneration**: INR 22,000-25,000/per month depending upon experience
