**Job Title**:Quality Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Quality Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our organization. They will be responsible for documentation and maintaining quality control processes, monitoring product or service quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintain quality control procedures and guidelines.

Investigate and address any quality-related issues, deviations, or non-conformances.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation.

Generate quality reports and communicate findings to management.

Update quality-related documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Ensure that employees are trained in quality procedures and best practices.

Gather and analyze customer feedback related to product or service quality.

Take corrective actions based on customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.

**Qualification**: Any Graduate/Post Graduate.

**Experience**: 6 months to 1 year

Basic Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
