**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of proven impact in college placements for school students (International + ICSE

board)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to build and lead a team

- Working knowledge of various counselling models, practices and resources
- Highly data driven and substantial analytical skills
- Tech Savvy with an excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Sound judgement and emotional intelligence
- Master’s degree in School Counselling
