**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary contact for client organisations, understanding their labour requirements and expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Regularly meet with clients to assess service quality and address any concerns.
- **Recruitment and Placement**:

- Manage the placement process, including on boarding and orientation for new hires.
- **Workforce Management**:

- Oversee the deployed workforce, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
- Handle scheduling, attendance tracking, and payroll processing for the supplied labor.
- Address and resolve any workforce-related issues, including conflicts and grievances

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
