Inventory Management:
Monitoring stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
Conducting regular stock audits and maintaining inventory records.
Forecasting demand to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stockouts.
Implementing inventory control measures to minimize wastage and optimize storage space.
Coordinating with suppliers for timely procurement of raw materials.

Production:
Planning and scheduling production activities to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
Overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
Optimizing production efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Troubleshooting production issues and coordinating maintenance activities.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production area.

General Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to billing, inventory, and production.
Analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
Collaborating with other departments such as sales, procurement, and quality control to achieve company objectives.

Skills Required:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory data.

Knowledge of accounting principles and software for billing purposes.
Understanding of inventory management techniques such as FIFO
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing
