IP & OP Billing Executive - 5 Vacant

Duty ; 12hrs. + Sundays Based Off (Monthly 4 Offs)

Salary : 12,000 to 20,000 in Hand

Location : OMR, Chennai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage patient billing and payment processing for Outpatient (OP), Inpatient (IP), and internal departments.
- Enter vouchers and purchase bills into the hospital’s in-house billing software.
- Handle incoming reception calls and assist patients or visitors with inquiries.
- Maintain and update daily billing records and reports with accuracy.
- Ensure data confidentiality and secure handling of billing information.
- Address and resolve patient billing queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with nurses and ward staff to ensure accurate and prompt billing.
- Clearly explain the TAN process to patients and, when needed, coordinate with the Insurance team to support the claims process.
- Work closely with IP nurses to arrange patient scans and manage patient transfers efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Any graduate (Commerce or Healthcare background preferred)
- Experience in hospital billing or accounts will be an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
- Willingness to work in **12-hour rotational shifts** (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
