**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes in your designated section.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets our quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the Chef de Partie.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
