**Job Title**:Operator - Crusher**

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate, monitor, and maintain crushing and screening equipment for efficient processing of quartz.
- Ensure sizing and sorting processes meet international export quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Monitor plant performance and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Implement safety practices and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Keep detailed operational records and report plant metrics regularly.
- Liaise with marketing/sales teams to align production with export demand when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 7 years of relevant experience** in the **quartz industry** - across **crushing, mining, plant management, marketing, or sales**.
- Must have worked in or with **Southeast Asian markets** (e.g., Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.).
- Strong practical knowledge of crushing equipment, sorting systems, and mineral quality standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Physically fit and willing to work in field-based or plant environments.
- **No formal degree required** - practical experience is key.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,376.62 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
