**Job Title**: Junior Marketing Executive
**Department**: Marketing
**Location**: Sitapura, Industrial Area SEZ-II
**Reporting To**: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The incumbent will support the planning and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional initiatives that enhance brand visibility and contribute to business expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
- Develop and manage engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Support the organization of exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer engagement events.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend studies to identify new opportunities.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including catalogues, brochures, and presentations.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports for management review.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing deliverables.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in marketing,
- Jewellery Industry(required)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media trends.
- Knowledge of production process & Stones ( Mandatory).
- Proficiency in Excel, Costing, working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Compensation**:
As per company norms and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

**Employment Type**:
Full-time

Pay: ₹9,655.81 - ₹25,000.00 per month
