**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an AI Trainer to join our team. As an AI Trainer, you will be responsible for training and optimizing AI models, preparing data, and ensuring our machine learning models perform efficiently. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work both from home and the office, allowing you to collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers and data scientists.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Management: Assist in data collection, cleaning, and feature engineering to create high-quality datasets for training.
- Model Evaluation: Analyze model performance, identify improvements, and fine-tune models to enhance accuracy and effectiveness.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with data scientists and engineers to integrate models into products and solutions.
- Client Support & Training: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams, ensuring they understand AI models and can leverage them effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of training procedures, results, and model improvements.
- Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

**Experience**:

- Practical experience in training AI/ML models using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning).
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for learning and working with the latest AI technologies.

**Core Hours**:

- You’ll be expected to be available during core working hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for meetings and collaboration.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
