**Job Title: Data Annotator**

**Location: Remote**

**Experience: Minimum 1 year**

**Responsibilities**:

- Annotate speech data in Hindi language with accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct fine-tuning of speech recognition models for improved performance in Hindi.
- Analyze word character patterns to enhance speech recognition algorithms.
- Collaborate with the development team to provide insights and feedback on data annotation and model performance.
- Stay updated with advancements in speech recognition technology and implement best practices in data annotation processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, linguistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Hindi language, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- 2-3 years of experience in data annotation, particularly in speech data.
- Familiarity with speech recognition technologies and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data annotation tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
