Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001 standards
- Ensure that all manufacturing processes meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Lead internal audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances
- Provide training to employees on quality standards and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Participate in customer audits and address any quality concerns
- Ensure that all documentation related to the QMS is up-to-date and accurate

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management systems in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a forging industry
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and auditing procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in conducting internal audits and coordinating with external auditors
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control and quality tools
- Experience in training employees on quality standards and procedures
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
