Reconciliation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reconciliation**:
- Independently manage the reconciliation process and ensure all open items are closed within the defined timeline.
- Handle end-to-end bank reconciliation functionality, including identifying discrepancies and resolving them.
- Conduct a detailed review of suspense accounts and ensure timely resolution of pending transactions.
**Issue Resolution & Problem-Solving**:
- Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve disbursement and collection transaction issues.
- Demonstrate a deep-dive approach in problem identification and provide end-to-end solutions for reconciliation discrepancies.
- Take ownership of investigating open reconciliations daily and ensure resolution.
**Process Optimization & Compliance**:
- Ensure accuracy in reconciliation processes and adherence to company policies.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails of reconciliation activities.
**Educational Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
**Desired Experience**:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in finance operations, with a focus on bank reconciliation functions.

- Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and financial operations.
- Hands-on experience in handling daily reconciliation tasks and resolving open items.
- **Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills**:
- Ability to analyze reconciliation issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for working with numbers and financial data.
- **Ownership & Accountability**:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to take ownership of reconciliation discrepancies and drive them to closure.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
