Manage review accounting entries for syndicates premiums claims and reinsurance transactions in line with Lloyd s and insurance accounting standards Fund Accounting Ledger Management - Manage provide oversight on fund movements investment accounting and related reconciliations ensuring accuracy across general and sub-ledgers Reserving Reconciliations - Perform review reserve calculations prepare reconciliations between actuarial and accounting data and ensure integrity of reported reserves Month-End Close Reporting - Execute provide oversight to close activities including journal entries trial balance review variance analysis and preparation of management reports Regulatory Compliance Support - Ensure adherence to IFRS 17 Solvency II and Lloyd s reporting requirements maintain robust audit trails and documentation Stakeholder Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with actuarial underwriting and FP A teams to ensure data accuracy timely reporting and issue resolution Continuous Improvement Controls - Strengthen process controls identify automation opportunities and drive consistency and efficiency across insurance accounting operations Process Governance Oversight - Lead end-to-end RTR operations including Technical Accounting Month-End Close and Reconciliations ensuring compliance timeliness and accuracy Quality Assurance Controls - Establish and monitor strong control frameworks review key deliverables and ensure adherence to accounting standards IFRS GAAP and internal policies Governance Reporting - Drive structured governance through regular reviews dashboards and performance metrics to ensure transparency and control across the RTR value chain Minimum Qualifications CA CPA M-Com B-Com or Graduate in Finance Relevant years of experience in managing F A RTR Insurance processes Experience in working with an insurance client is must Preferred Skill Set Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS Experience with accounting software like Oracle Blackline etc Computer literacy MS Excel in particular familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate issues to senior management Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail Self-starter with ability to work under own initiative Strong time management skills Integrity with an ability to handle confidential information Why join Genpact o Be a transformation leader -
