We are hiring confident and well-spoken freshers to represent our **career grooming and guaranteed bank placement programs** (in partnership with **NIIT Group**) to colleges.

You’ll be responsible for visiting colleges, speaking to TPOs, HODs, and Principals, and encouraging them to onboard students into our career-readiness programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit colleges as per target reach.
- Speak with TPOs, Principals, and Directors to explain our program benefits
- Schedule student sessions, orientations, or webinars in colleges
- Share program brochures and explain career outcomes clearly
- Follow up with colleges and report student interest/enrollments
- Maintain visit logs and lead status daily
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for student engagement and enrollment

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English
- Confident public speaker and presentable personality
- Willingness to travel within the city and nearby areas
- Basic knowledge of Google Drive / WhatsApp / phone communication
- Graduates from any stream are welcome
- Experience in outreach/sales is a bonus but not required
