The Head Corp Comms will lead and implement strategic communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation This role requires expertise in corporate communications public relations brand presence and employer branding The key responsibilities are - Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies to align with business objectives Oversee internal and external communication channels to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms Build and maintain strong relationships with media stakeholders and industry influencers Manage crisis communication plans to effectively address and mitigate potential risks Lead employer branding initiatives across relevant media platforms Lead public relations campaigns including press releases media kits and interviews Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across campaigns Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make improvements as needed Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in corporate communications Opportunity to head the corporate communicationsOpportunity to drive the organisation strategy A successful Head Corp Comms should have Educational qualifications in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field Atleast 15 years of experience in corporate communications within the Power Industry or a similar field Strong understanding of media relations and crisis communication management Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in managing digital and social media communication strategies This opportunity is with a large organization in the Power Industry The company is well-recognized for its innovative solutions especially in the metering solutions space The candidate will get a chance to lead the corporate communications in one of the biggest players in the Power Industry in India S he will get an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and lead and communicate the growth story of the organisation
