Two wheeler mandatory with DL

Role of Field Officer

Their main job role is to generate sale from dealer/sub dealer counter by converting IHB lead at the nascent stage of construction.

Have to visit Gram Panchayats/Block engineers/Bank home loan dept. of the assigned territory at least twice in a month for meeting Gram Pradhan and Nirman Sahayak /technical officials.

Developing PR with them by conveying them about our Product’s benefits / Value added Services and also providing some token Gifts.

Collecting Leads/ IHB details in the Google Form/App shared with them in a designed/prescribed google form / App and uploading as instructed by the management and sharing it to ASE & Zonal In
- charge.

Escalating the Leads to his engineer/Zonal In-charge in case he faces challenge in converting the same.

Responsible for Product Awareness-through various designed technical activities

Providing Site Demonstration and Services to the IHB’s in coordination with the Amrit Engineer in his area

Identifying and recommending the potential areas where Branding can be effectively done to the branding deptt.

Visiting the potential IHB at the time of Bhoomi-Puja/Foundation stone Laying and at the time of Griha-Pravesh.

Promoting benefits of Company’s IHB Scheme to the potential consumer.

Not only convincing IHB, but the FSE should bring the IHB at dealer/sub dealer point and wait until the material(Amrit cement) purchased by IHB.

FTO Qualification should be science graduate or preferably Diploma in Civil.

FTO should visit minimum 10 IHB sites per day for conversion.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
