**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Manufacturing Industry team in Jaipur. As the CFO, you will play a critical role in overseeing the company's financial operations, investor relations, and strategic financial planning. This leadership position requires expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, and solar power industry knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Systems and Procedures**: Establish and maintain comprehensive financial systems and procedures to ensure security and control over company resources and operations.
- **Investor Relations**: Manage relationships with investors and funding activities. Present financial data effectively to global investors.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Prepare the company's budgets and forecasts by collaborating with departments and subsidiary CFOs for input. Update budgets as required by management.
- **Financial Projections**: Prepare financial projections in support of the company's overall business plan.
- **Financial Reconciliation**: Conduct regular reconciliations of cost, income, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheets. Reconcile project costing and profitability against budgets and forecasts.
- **Expenditure Monitoring**: Review and monitor the expenditure process, suggesting procedural changes to ensure error logging and correction.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure accurate preparation and submission of periodic regulatory project audits. Demonstrate understanding and implementation of GST and other statutory procedures.
- **Financial Statements**: Prepare and review interim and annual financial statements. Coordinate with auditors and provide financial data for audits.
- **Fundraising and Borrowing**: Assist in managing fundraising activities, including interactions with investors, private equity firms, venture capitalists, and financial institutions. Manage borrowing and bank-related activities.
- **Technology Solutions**: Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance productivity and provide high-quality management information to the CEO and executive management.
- **Subsidiary Management**: Maintain and control accounting records of the company's subsidiaries.
- **MIS Reporting**: Prepare and review monthly MIS reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), for the CEO. Generate various MIS reports as required.
- **Team Management**: Set performance objectives for team members, conduct performance appraisals, and assist the HR Department with training needs analysis.
- **Audit Management**: Manage audits for the company, subsidiary companies, and projects.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: CA or CA Final.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the solar power industry.

**Qualifications**:

- **CA / CA Final**: Chartered Accountant qualification is required to qualify for this role.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the solar power industry.

**Compensation**:
The salary for this position is up to 15 Lakh CTC, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
