**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Documentation & Record Management**
- Prepare, review, and manage all business-related documents, including **contracts, proposals, agreements, and compliance reports**.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of **client interactions, vendor agreements, RTO paper work and operational paperwork**.
- Ensure all documents comply with **company policies and legal standards**.
- Organize and digitize documentation for **easy retrieval and secure storage**.
**2. Coordination & Compliance**
- Work closely with the **legal, finance, and sales teams** to ensure smooth documentation flow.
- Ensure **timely submission and renewal** of regulatory documents and licenses.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and records.
- Verify the authenticity of documents received from clients, partners, and vendors.
**3. Process Optimization & Reporting**
- Identify areas to **improve document management processes** for better efficiency.
- Create **checklists and templates** to standardize documentation processes.
- Generate reports on document status, pending approvals, and compliance deadlines.
- Track and manage **document approvals, signatures, and follow-ups**.
This role also involves **traveling for courier dispatch, logistics coordination, and document handovers** to ensure smooth operations.
**Key Qualifications & Experience**
- **A**ny degree.
- **F*resher with good proficiency in**MS Office (Word & Excel)*
- Langauge: English, Kannada and Hindi
- Comfortable to travel within Bangalore for courier delivery
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
