**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Operate and maintain lathe and milling machines for precision machining tasks.
- Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines for complex components (preferred).
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to design standards.
- Maintain machines and perform routine troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.

**Key Skills & Abilities**:

- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Fitter, Machinist, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operating lathe and milling machines.
- Knowledge of CNC and VMC machine operations is a strong advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measurement tools.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹15,840.43 per month
