
Receptionist

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. The role requires a professional and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome students, parents, staff, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain and update student and staff records in the school’s database.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of school communications, including newsletters, notices, and bulletins.
- **Visitor Management**:
- Ensure all visitors sign in and out, issuing visitor badges as required.
- Monitor and control access to the school building, ensuring the safety and security of students and staff.
- **Student Support**:
- Assist students with inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Coordinate with teachers and staff to manage student attendance and tardiness records.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Manage bookings and schedules for school facilities and resources.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as a liaison between parents, students, and school staff, ensuring effective communication.
- Relay important messages and information to the appropriate parties promptly.
- **Office Supplies Management**:
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the front office is well-stocked and organized.
- Manage inventory and keep records of office supplies and equipment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
