Chennai Tamil Nadu, India Enlabs Technology Full time

**Salary**: ₹7.5 - ₹8.5 LPA (Includes ₹1L Performance Bonus) + Incentives + Perks + TA/DA
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any stream / Master’s degree / MBA
**Experience**: 10-15 years in sales, preferably from IT, Telecom, B2B, B2C, FMCG, or relevant field sales backgrounds

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business and grow existing accounts
- Monitor team performance through clear KPIs and sales goals
- Identify and target high-potential market segments and customer profiles
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction
- Negotiate deals, pricing, and contracts to maximize business outcomes

**Key Skills**:

- Proven **team handling and target achievement** experience
- Self-driven, dynamic, and confident with a strong result-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Proficient in **MS Office** and **CRM software**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
