**Job Overview**:
The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing the best possible deals on services related to travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and tourism packages. The role involves managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services, and collaborating with internal teams to meet the needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and car rental agencies.
- Negotiate favorable terms, discounts, and long-term agreements with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure service quality and timely deliveries.
- **Travel Service Procurement**:

- Procure travel-related services for individual, group, and corporate travel clients, ensuring competitive pricing without compromising quality.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, including airfare pricing, hotel rates, and travel regulations to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensure procurement strategies align with client needs and seasonal travel demands.
- **Contract Negotiation and Compliance**:

- Prepare, review, and manage procurement contracts with travel service providers.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage and mitigate risks related to travel service procurement, including supplier delays, cancellations, and cost fluctuations.
- **Budget and Cost Management**:

- Track and analyze procurement expenditures, optimizing costs while maintaining service standards.
- Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets for travel services and report cost savings.
- **Internal Collaboration**:

- Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to understand the specific travel requirements of clients.
- Provide insights and recommendations on travel service offerings based on market research and supplier capabilities.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Create detailed procurement reports, including cost analyses, supplier performance reviews, and savings achieved.
- Monitor market conditions and identify opportunities for cost savings or service enhancements.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, tourism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of travel-related services (airlines, hotels, car rentals, tour operators) and experience managing relationships with these suppliers.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail in contract management and cost analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
