**Position overview**: We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Intia Pvt Ltd. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts by reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating leads through effective communication over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce Intia Pvt Ltd and its services.

2. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client requirements and pain points.

3. Explain the features and benefits of our project management solutions to prospective clients.

4. Build and maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries.

5. Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects.

6. Keep accurate records of interactions with clients and update the ERP system accordingly.

7. Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion from provided client data.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and outreach.

9. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.

10. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients.

**Qualifications**:
HSE/graduation/above

Proven experience as a Telesales or similar role in a sales or customer service environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage customers in a friendly and persuasive manner.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Familiarity with ERP software and lead management systems preferred.

Goal-oriented mind-set with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹8,000.00 per month
