We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled E-commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our online sales channels and driving the growth of our e-commerce business. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the e-commerce operations, including website management, product listings, marketing campaigns, customer service, and analytics.

**Responsibilities**:
E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve business objectives. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior to optimize the online shopping experience.

Website Management: Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website, ensuring that it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines. Collaborate with the web development team to implement website updates and improvements.

Product Listings: Oversee the creation and management of product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze website analytics, user behavior, and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing, optimize product pages, checkout process, and overall website performance.

Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service throughout the online shopping experience. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle customer complaints or returns in a professional and satisfactory manner.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Prepare regular reports to analyze performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and logistics, to align e-commerce activities with overall business goals. Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies, vendors, and platforms, to enhance e-commerce capabilities.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
