Tourist / Business Visa Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Clients and maintain detailed and accurate records
- Handle Customer queries timely
- Handling and Providing Counselling and advise the client according to education, experience
- Convert Visa leads into Sales
- Maximizing Conversion ratio
- Preparing forms and data wherever required
- Visiting Embassies and VFS for getting the Visa done, if required
- Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
- Update Country List time to time basis

**Requirements**:

- Good command on oral and written communication
- Target oriented & self-motivated
- Should have experience of Study Visa/PR Visa/ Tourist visa

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sector 62, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Visa Executive: 4 years (required)
