Junior Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for an energetic, multi-talented, versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with SEO expertise will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on SEO. This role involves enhancing our organic search visibility, driving website traffic, and improving conversion rates through various digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and images, to enhance search engine visibility.

2. Digital Marketing Campaigns:

- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

3. Content Marketing:

- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with targeted keywords and search intent.
- Ensure existing content is optimized for search engines and user engagement.

4. Technical SEO:

- Perform regular technical audits to identify and fix issues affecting website performance, such as page speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawl errors.
- Work with the development team to implement technical SEO improvements.

5. Social Media Marketing:

- Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing and SEO efforts using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to stakeholders.

7. PPC Management:

- Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns, including keyword selection, ad creation, bidding strategies, and budget management.
- Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.

9. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing and SEO efforts.
- Provide SEO and digital marketing guidance and training to team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role with a strong focus on SEO.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
- Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO strategies.
- Understanding of marketing automation tools.
